Above are the scans for this WWI era CEF 70th Field Artillery Cap badge. This seige battery originated from the Toronto area. Charlton records this badge style as a "Type C". This beautiful example is complete with its original three tiny tang type attachments. (View scans for details) In excellent condition with its design details still well preserved. A fine example of a period piece from WWI, with very nice highlites on browning brass giving evidence of its age.
