You are viewing a German pre WW2 "Tinnie", 1937 dated, commemorating the Condor Legion and the German participation in the Spanish Civil War. This large, nicely cast badge, is made of a heavy grey metal (looks like tombac, but too heavy). Safety pin style backing is original and in good order.

It is a Nazi political relic, not really military as are most of these old "Tinnie" style badges, but in this case, I believe, it relates to the help Germany offered to Franco of Spain in 1937. . Interesting design features show the figure of a German soldier in the act of throwing a grenade.. View scans for hallmark details.
