This is an interesting badge from the French Army. It is most likely an infantry regiment or battalion. Note the number 11e (onzieme - 11th) under the the helmet in the centre of the infantry horn. Made of a heavy partly enameled age darkened white metal, (may be silver). Has a motto at the top of the badge. "Voila les Bons" ( Look! here come the good guys) The badge itself has a straight pin style attachment. It has a different hallmark suggesting it may be WWI related "A.B. Paris" with the address, unreadable under the pin. Don't know much more about it though???
