This is an interesting badge related to the French Army. Made of a heavy white metal, (may be silver). Has an enameled shield at the bottom. To the left of the shield is the number "110". Has a motto around the sides and top of the badge. "Qui s'y Frotte s'y pioue" ( Who rubs up against us will suffer) The badge itself has a straight pin style attachment. It is hallmarked "Drago ... Paris". Don't know much more about it though???
