You are viewing an excellent example of a142nd CEF Battalion Cap Badge. A mintypickled brassspecimen. This battalion was raised inLondon Ontario in 1915. They sailed in December of 1915 for England. This Batallion became part of the 23rd Reserve Battalion. It was a relatively small Battalion with only about 600 members. This badge has both lugs and is in excellent condition for its age...
