This is an interesting badge related to the French Army. Made of a heavy enameled metal, (may be silver). Has a design of 3 tiny birds over a small crest which is red with a yellow bar, all done in enameled work. At the top is another small enameled roundel with what appears to have the letters FEC in it,. The badge itself has a straight pin style attachment. Don't know much more about it though???
