Both lug type attachments are original and in good order. ..This battalion came from the Calgary Area of Western Canada. The unit began recruiting during the winter of 1915/16 and sailed for England on June 2nd, 1916. This battalion,composed of 1002 members, became part of the 9th Reserve Battalion already stationed in England...
