Above are the scans for a WWI CEF110th Batallion cap badge. (Brass composition) Formed in 1915. This battalion was raised in the Perth County, Ontario, with headquarters in Stratford. Sailed for England in November of1916, and upon their arrival they became part of the 8th Canadian Reserve Battalion. This beautiful example is complete with both original flat style lugs, which are of the rarer variety. A clean brass o/r badge retaining much of tis orignal distinctive design with very nice patina giving evidence to its age. A beauty for any collector of Canadian CEF badges.
