Above you may view the scans for a set of two WWI 61st Battalion badges. This fine set is complete with all original lugs. They are clean "pickled brass" o/r badges with very nice patina giving evidence to its age. Maker marked "R.J.Inglis Limited". A beautiful group for any collector of Canadian CEF badges.


Formed in 1915. This battalion was raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, with headquarters in Winnipeg. Sailed for England in April of 1916, in the Great Canadian Armada,and was later absorbed into the 11th Reserve Battalion.
