This is an interesting object related to the French Firemen (Pompiers). Made of white metal or silver. Has an image of a helmeted foreman (looks like a child)

The badge itself is a key fob, which has the notation on the front "comme Papa" The obverse says "Federation NLE (nationale) Des Sappeurs Pompiers".
