Above are the scans for this WWI era 255th CEF battalion collar badge. It is made of brass and has both original lugs intact and in good order. Also included is the cross pin as found.


This Battalion was raised by the Queen's Own Regiment in Toronto in July of 1916. It was a small battalion composed of only 296 members. Upon arrival in England they became part of the 12th Reserve battalion supplying troops to reinforce battalions in the field.
