Above you may view the scans for a WW1 80th Battalion cap badge. Formed in 1915. This battalion was raised in Eastern Ontario, with headquarters in Barriefield. Sailed for England in May of 1916, and was later absorbed into the 51st Infantry Battalion. This beautiful set is complete with all lugs and collar cross pins. Clean "pickled brass o/r badges with very nice patina giving evidence to their age. A beauty for any collector of Canadian CEF badges...
