You are viewing a vintage WWII era Canadian Technical Training Corps cap badge. This hard to find C.T.T.C. badge is made of brass and has both original welded lug type attachments are in good order. Hallmarked "W. Scully Montreal".

This corps was established after the start of WWII. It was set up to allow underage boys to enlist so that their training could be completed by the time they were of enlistment age for overseas service (supposedly 19 years of age???). They were trained in the skills of electricians, machinists, draftsmen, surveyors, clerks and auto mechanics. Approximately 2300 boys went through this program until it ended in 1945.
