On the 22nd of December 1915 the 112th Nova Scotia Overseas battalion began recruiting at Windsor nova Scotia.Almost a year later, on July 24th, these Nova Scotians sailed for England. It was a rather large battalion with 36 officers and 1090 enlisted ranks.Upon arrival in Europe the 112th became part of the 26th Reserve battalion. ...
