You are viewing a vintage CEF WWI 88th Battalion collar badge set, for the Canadian Army regiment, the Victoria Fusiliers. Made of brass, with all vertically positioned lugs, original, and in good order. Good solid clean examples of a bygone era.


This battalion was raised on Vancouver Island with headquarters in Victoria.Thiswas alarge battalion. 1063 members of the88th sailed for England on June 2nd 1916. Upon arrival they became part of the 30th Reserve Battalion supplying re-inforcements to otherbatallions fighting in France.
